The Information of William Baill< no role > of Lumber
Court Seven Dials Porter to Mr.. Twaites taken
before me this 4th. Day of October 1784 .

Who being on Oath says that last Night about eleven o'Clock he went
to a House in Jackson's Alley Bow Street Covent Garden with a person
now present who calls herself Ann Smith< no role > . That they went into a room
together in said House at which time he had in his Pocket on half
Guinea, a Shilling, and an half penny, and before informant came
out of said Room he found his pocket had been picked of the half
Guinea . And this Informant further says that there was no other
Person in the room but said Ann Smith< no role > and is very certain that
She was the person that picked his Pocket of the half Guinea as
aforesaid.
