Who Says he was Born at Holy will
in Flintshire
but has since resided at Liverpool
and been on board
several Ships in the Merchants Service but lately
belonged to Magisty Frigate of war the Hyena
about
fifteen months and was now going to London
to receive
his Prize Money due to him for his Service on board
the said Frigate and being having lost his way he came
upon Recistop Common
in the Parish of Harefield
where
he saw some Linen [..] hanging upon a Line which he
took and carryed away and was taken with the
said Linen upon him and which Linen is owned
