the same to be null and void cannot be obtained until
Michaelmas Term now next ensuing And lastly this
Deponent saith that he hath ben informed and verily believes
that the said John Potter< no role > dyed on board the Ship Rodney in
the Service of the said United Company of Merchants of
England trading to the East Indies leaving Jenny Potter< no role >
his Widow and two Children.
