John Peak< no role > of Cow Cross Street in the Parish of Saint
Clarkenwell in the County of Middlesex Excise Officer
maketh Oath and saith that he was bound in Recognizance
to Appear and give Evidence against the above Prisoners
at the Session House in the Old Baily in February
Session last, at which time and Place this Deponent
did Attend and gave his Testimony against Timothy
Hurst one of the above named Prisoner 's who was
convicted of the Appears and sentenced to be [..]
Whilst, And this Deponent further saith that he was
informed that the other Prisoner William Eggleston< no role >
was then Sick in Newgate and incapable of taking
his Tryal with the other Prisoner Timothy Hurst< no role > , and
this Deponent further saith that he hath been since
informed that the other Prisoner William Eggleston< no role >
was Tried in this Honorable Court in April Session
last, But this Deponent being interely ignorant of
the said William Eggleston< no role > taking his Tryal
neglected
to Attend & not through any Cause of sowing the said
Prisoner or any one Else
