maketh Oath and saith that he was bound in Recognizance
to Appear and give Evidence against the above Prisoners
at the Session House in the Old Baily
in February
Session last, at which time and Place this Deponent
did Attend and gave his Testimony against Timothy
Hurst one of the above named Prisoner

convicted of the Appears and sentenced to be

and incapable of taking
his Tryal with the other Prisoner

last, But this Deponent being interely ignorant of
