remaining part of the said Paper was totally damaged and that all
the said Paper of the said John Scott< no role >
so on beard the said Barge as
aforesaid was [..] lost [..] and totally damaged and this Deponent John
Scott Per himself further saith that the Sum of Thirteen Pounds two
Shillings and five Pence three farthings being the Duties due and payable
to his [..] Majesty on the said [..] open hath been duly paid and satisfied
by his Deponent Pursuant to the Act of Parliament in that behalf
and this Deponent further saith that such of the said Paper [..]
belonging to this Deponent which was found and taken up after the said
Barge was such as aforesaid and which came to this Deponents
Lands or knowledge was totally damaged and wholly unfit for sale or
use.
