Who being on Oath severally say,

the said
John Freeman< no role >
for himself saith, that from
some Circumstances told to him by the other Informant
Jacks, and also From an anonymous Letter he
received, he suspected the Prisoner
James Atkinson< no role >
now under Examination to have robbed himin
Consequence, Informant Yesterday obtained a
Warrant to search the Prisoner's Lodgings in
Flying horse Yard, Grub Street
Informant
was present when the two Papers now produced
were Found in the Prisoner's Lodgings, and he is
satisfied they are the Property of him and his
Partners, and are of the Value of Four Shillings
and upwardsSays, he is satisfied the same
were Feloniously stolen by the Prisoner James

William Jacks< no role >
for
himself saith, that Yesterday Morning when he
was coming to his Master's Warehouse, he saw
the Prisoner cross hastily, as if From the Warehouse
towards his own Lodgings And the said John
Edwards for himself saith, that he was present
when the Starch now produced was Found in the
Prisoner's Lodgings
