that on the Fifteenth day of February about eight
O'Clock in the Evening he was in company with
Catherine, Walker< no role > , the Prisoner now under Examination
in Chick Lane , when he had a silver Watch in his
Pocket, and he perceived the same to be taken out
by the Prisoner, who instantly run awaySays,
that the same was his Property, and of the
Value of Forty Shillings and upwards.
