Who being on Oath say and first the said Richard Middlebrook< no role >
says
that he is a Gardiner
to Mr. Robert adjoining to Lord Aylesbury
as Finlham That on Tuesday last about half past One o'Clock
he observed a Person now present who calls himself George
Perkins take the two Bed Gowns now produced from some Rails
which parts two Fields adjouring to Lord Aylesbury
's home
[..] nd put them into this Pocket that this Informant then
watched him till Assistance came when he was seemed
[..] And the said Aaron Tapman< no role >
says that he was present
[..] and saw said Parkins take one of the Bed Gowns off the
[..] Bails whereupon this Informant went into his Lordship's
house, got [..] Assistance and assisted in securing him And
said Elizabeth Nicolls< no role >
says that one of the Bed Gown
[..] now produced is her property and was hung on the Rails
[..] And the said Sarah Saunders< no role >
says that the other
Bed Gown now produced is her Property and was likewise
hung on the said Rails to dry And the said John Watts< no role >
says that was sent forte Search the said George Perkins< no role >
when he found in his Great Coat pocket the Bed Gowns
now produced
