Informant John Bevan< no role >
saith that on Wednesday the 14th Instant being
at the Seven stars Public House in Blue Anchor
yard Rosemary Lane
in the County of Middlesex
about Eleven o'Clock at Night in Company
with some of his Shipmates
in the same Room with the Prisoner

and two other Women that Informant took out his
Watch to look what o'Clock it was and the Prisoner thereupon instantly
snatched it out of his Hand and went out of the Room that and returned
afair in about six Minutes, when Informant asked her for his match
and was told by the Prisoner the Mr [..] Dick the Landford had
taken it from he in the Necessary and soon afore went out of the House
that Informant never said the Prisoner after until she was apprehended

Informant Richard Phares saith that the Prisoner came to
his shop in Fleet Market
in Company with one Peter Murry< no role >
on
Thursday And and offered the Watch now Produced to him to be Pawned
and upon being asked by Informant whose Property it was the answered
that it was her Husbands upon which the said Peter Murry< no role >
said it
was his and therefore very safe that Informant but thereon five Guineas
which he gave to Murry and who afterwards delivered the same to
the Prisoner That the Duplicate was made out in the name of
Peter Murry< no role >
and given to him by Informant
Informant John Bevan< no role >
further saith that the Watch now
Produced anderson to by said other Informant is his Property and
one and the same that was taken from him at the time and in manner
aforesaid
