The joint and several Informations of Thomas
Dolley of Grub Street , London , Victualler , Elizabeth
Harper,
< no role > Wife of Thomas Harper< no role > of Butler's Alley,
Grub Street , London, Watch Maker Who being on
Oath severally say And first the said Thomas
Dolley for himself saith, that Yesterday about
twelve O'Clock at Noon, in consequence of Information
given him by Elizabeth, Harper, that the Prisoner
under Examination Ann Morris< no role > had taken a pewter
Pot of [..] horse, hein Grub Street [..]
Followed the PrisonerWhen Informant came up
to the Prisoner, he said, "you have [..] some Pots
of mine" and putting her Cloak aside, he saw two
quart Pot's concealedthe Prisoner fell upon her
Knees, and said, it was the First time she had ever
done a thing of the SortInformant took the Pots
from the Prisoner, and knows the same to be his
Property, and upon searching her Lodgings, he
Found, amongst several other Pots, a quart and also
[..] longing to him, and which he
verily believes were Stolen from him by the Prisoner
Says, the said three quart Pots, and a first Pot are
of the Value of two Shillings and upwards.

And the said Elizabeth Harper< no role >
for herself saith, that she saw the Prisoner take
a quart pewter Pot off a wooden horse for hanging
Pots on that stood against Mr Dolley's door,
and put it under her Cloak, and walk away with
it.
