for himself saith that some day
last Week he this Informant went with some other
persons to search the House of

prisoner now under Examination for silver plate
stolen from one

in the Cellar of such House, he found the Cane now
produced, And this Informant

himself saith that on Sunday the second day of this

aforesaid was burglariously brokeopen as this Informant
verily believes, the same having been found open on the
Monday Morning, when the Family got up, and the
following things were missed and, as he believes, stolen
thereout to wit; one Silver Coffee pot one
