on oath of George Fletcher< no role > and another, for stealing a live duck, value 1s. the pro
perty of Jeremiah Whirlings< no role > . Dated Nov. 14, 1781.

16 Joseph Winne< no role > , otherwise Payne, in Woodstreet -compter, committed by Mr. Alderman
Wright, on oath of William Freer< no role > and others, for stealing in the shop, part of his
dwelling-house, a piece of linen containing 47 yards, value 2l.10s.11d. Dated
Nov.16, 1781.
