Who being on Oath severally
say And First the said

for herself
saith, that last Night about eight O'Clock, the Prisoner
Samuel Slaughter< no role >
now under Examination, was in
her House drinking with another PersonSays,
that she heard a rattling of Copper things in the
Kitchen, and she immediately quitted the Bar, and
went with a Candle into the KitchenInformant
saw the Prisoner returning out of the Kitchen with
the following things, viz, a copper Sausepan in his hands,
and a Copper Sausepan and copper Pot were

of his PocketSays, she has no doubt the Sausepans
and Pot are her PropertyAnd the said Zephaniah
