Ph [..] Wyatt< no role > Crowther of Guildhall London Gentleman maketh
Oath and Saith that the Costs of the Defendants in defending the
several and respective Actions herein after mentioned have been lately
taxed by the proper Officer of the Court in which the same were
respectively commenced at the following and respective Sums (to wit)
In the Cause Langdale Esqr . agst. Kennett Wright< no role > and Pugh Esqrs.
at the Sum of three hundred and forty Eight Pounds Sixteen Shillings
Malo agst. Wright and Pugh Esqrs . at the Sum of One hundred
and Fourteen Pounds and Eight PenceStock agst. Same at the
Sum of One hundred and Eight Pounds Seven Shillings and Seven
Pence. Charlton< no role > agst Same at the Sum of One hundred and
Fourteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Five Pence Summerling
agst. Same at the Sum of Twenty Eight Pounds three Shillings and
Eight Pence. Sir James Peachy< no role > Baronet agst. Kennett Wright< no role >
and Pugh Esqrs . at the Sum of Seventy Eight Pounds and Eight
Pence. No thouck agst. Pugh and Wright Esqres . at the Sum of
Thirty three Pounds Twelve Shillings and two PenceBullock
against Wright Pugh< no role > and Clark Esqres. at the Sum of Thirty Seven
Pounds Eighteen Shillings and Ten Pence and Mollyner against
Wright and Pugh Esqre . at the Sum of Twenty Seven Pounds
Eleven Shillings and Seven Pence all which Costs in the said
several Causes so respectively taxed as aforesaid Amount
together in the whole to the Sum of Eight hundred and Ninety One
Pounds Seven Shillings and Seven Pence
