Inhabiting and resiant paying Scot bearing Lot for the time being
within the Ward aforesaid were used accustomed and ought to appoint and
Choose divers persons the Inhabiting and resiant paying Scott and bearing
Lot within the Ward aforesaid Jury men of the several Precincts of the said
Ward to make an Inquest within and for the said Ward for enquiring of
and presenting divers defaults was Offences Committed and to be committed
within the said Ward for the Public Good which said Persons so as last
aforesaid appointed and chosen were used accustomed and ought on
the Monday next after the Feast of the Epiphany next after their said
Election to make due Presentment of all Offences in that behalf presentable
within the said Ward for the Public Good at the Guild hall of the said City
in the Court there held before the Mayor and Aldermen of the said City
