the sd Ward according to the Custom of the same Ward & Court afsd: for
all the time afsd: used was duly Elected into the Office of one of the Wardmote
Inquest in & for the Precienct called Saint Christopher the StockSaint Mary Magdalen Goldsmith RewPrecinct
being one of the Precints of the sd Ward for One whole Year then and
next ensuring Nevertheless the sd: Ellis Needham< no role > Jas Slanger< no role > Alex Anderson< no role > Little regarding< no role >
his Duty in this behalf but intending & endeavouring the due Execute
of his sd Office last mentd: totally to neglect & omit on the sd 21st day of
Decr in the19th:21st Year afsd: and continually after his sd: Election to the sd.
Office untill the day of the taking of this Inquisition (Altho' often
Requested) and also on the sd Monday next after the Feast of the
Epiphany at London afsd. (that is to say) in the Parish afsd: in the
Ward afsd:atin London afsd: to make his appearance as afsd. or to
make any such Presentment as afsd: or his sd Office in any manner
to execute Voluntarily obstinately & Contemptuously hath Altogether
Refused & denied & yet doth refuse & deny against his sd Duty in
Manifest Contempt of our sd Lord the King & his Laws To the bad
Example of all others in the like Case offending and agt: the Peace of our sd
Lord the King his Crown & Dignity And the Jurors afsd upon their
Oath afsd: further present that the sd Ellis Needham< no role > Jas Slanger< no role > Alexr. Anderson< no role > on the sd

And that the said Ellis Needham< no role > Jas Slanger< no role > Alexander Anderson< no role > afterwards to wit on the said 21st day of December in the19th21st Year aforesaid at London afsd to wit the Parish afsd in the Ward afsd in London afsd had
Notice thereof and was then and there duly required to appear among others in the Court holden before the Mayor and Aldermen of the said City in the Guildhall of the
in the City of London on Monday next after the Feast of the Epiphany then next following to make due presentment of all offence an that behalf
