did Keep & maintain a Certain Common ill governed &
disorderly House and in the same House for his own Luere &
Gain certain Persons as well Men as Women of evil name &
fame & of dishonest Conversation to frequent & come together on
the same day & year abovesaid and on the sd other days & times during the time of there
unlawfully & wilfully did cause & procure and the said Pson's
in the said House at unlawful House as well in the night as
in the day their & on the sd. other days & times there to be
& remain Drinking Tippling Quarrelling Fightning & misbehaving
