Scandrett of Fetter Lane London Victualler
maketh Oath and Say that on the thirteenth
day of May last David Reed< no role > and John Cane< no role >
two Soldiers in the third Regiment of Guards
were bound by recognizance before Richard
Clarke Esqr . one of the Aldermen of the City of
London to prosecute a Bill of Indictment
against Charles and Mary Allen< no role > at the then
next Session of the peace to be holden for the said
City for assaulting them the said [..]
David Reed< no role > and John Cane< no role > and that these
Deponents were bound by recognizance
at the same time before the same Magistrate
to give Evidence against the said Charles
and Mary Allen< no role > And these Deponents
further say that the said David Reed< no role > and John
Cane never appeared to prosecute the said
Charles and Mary Allen< no role > as by their
Recognizance they undertook
And these Deponent John Johnson< no role > and
Penjamin Young< no role > upon their oath further
say that During the Session then next
following they finding the said David
Reed and John Cane< no role > did not appear
went to find them to procure their
