very ill who declared that he was
so ill that he was in caple of attending
the Session and that David revd had
deserted and this Deponent John
Scandrett Saith that he attended during
that Session as a Constable & was ready
and willing to having given Evidence
as required by the Recognizance and that
in truth he knew nothing now there
taking the Parties unto Custody as a
Constable and all these Deponents
Say that they even ready and willing
to have given Evidence had an
Indictment been Preferred
