The joint and several Information, of Mary

Oath sayAnd first this Informant Mary Lamb< no role > for
herself saith that between Eight and nine of the Clock
this Morning, William Jenkins< no role > the prisoner now
under Examination came into the Shop of the said
Edmund Newsom< no role > , who is her Master, and enquired
where one Mr. Ferrier lived which she this Informant
acquainted him, with and [..] the said prisoner
appeared as it going away, and she turned her back
of him to go into the Kitchen, but looking over her
Shoulder perceived the said Jenkins returned into
the Shop, and at the Door of the Shop saw him
with a piece of Linen under his Arm, on which
she ran after him thinking to take him, but not
being able she cried out stop Thief, and he was
pursued by several people and taken And this
Informant Richard Bubb< no role > , for himself saith that
he was passing by Mr. Newson's Door at the time
above described and hearing the Informant Mary
Lamb cry out, and seeing the said William
Jenkins the prisoner run away, he pursued him
and took him, says that as he was following him
he saw him drop the piece of Irish Linen now
produced, and this Informant Edmund Newson for
himself saith that the said piece of Irish Linen is his
property, and was stolen from him, and is of the
Value of twenty Shillings and upwards
