The Information of David Cohen< no role > ,
of Northumberland Alley , Fenchurch Street ,
London , Dealer in Cloaths Who being on Oath
saith, that on Thursday last the Fifth Instant
between the hours of two and three O'Clock in the
Afternoon, he was calling Old cloaths in Fleet
Lane, Mary Barnsley< no role > one of the Prisoners now
under Examination called him up two Pair of
Stairs into a Room, and as soon as he got in, he
way followed by Catharine Hartman< no role > the other
Prisoner under ExaminationSays, that
Hartman did not come into the Room, but
continued without the DoorSays, that
Mary Barnsley< no role > locked him in the Room and
took the Key out of the door and offered two
pair of old Shoes for Sale which he refused to
buy themthat afterwards she brought out
an old Coat and asked four Shillings for it
Informant says that he was much frightened,
and desired to go away, but Barnsley said, he
should not quit the Room, and immediately
assaulted him in a violent Manner, threw the
Coat over his Eyes, and with one hand held him
by the Breast, and with the other took some
Money out of his Pocket and he lost the Sum
of nine Shillings and six pence in Silver out of the Money he had in
his Pocket

And this Informant Further saith,
that the Door was opened, and he saw the said
Mary Barnsley< no role > who then gave some Money
to the said Catharine Hartman< no role > , and this
Informant verily believes the said Hartman
to be waiting to a first the said Mary Barnsley< no role >
in committing the said Robbery
