Old Bailey in January Session last and that time the said James
Scott has attended at different Sessions in Order to surrender himself Which
he has been prevent'd from doing by mistake' in the Notice or some
other defect in the proceedings as this Deponent has been informed
and verily believes And lastly this Deponent David Prothers saith that he has been
applied to by the said John Scott< no role > for advise in the business when this
Deponent advised him to wait Mr. Halliday's arrival in Town
