say and First the said Elizabeth & Smith for
herself saith that on Wednesday the Fourth
day of October Instant, the Door of her Yard
was broke open, and a Quantity of wet Linen
stolen out of the Yard of her House, and having
a Suspicion of

the Prisoner now
under Examination, who lodged in Informant's
House, she went into said Prisoner's Room and
put her Hands upon a pair of Streets now produced
her Property which was part of the Linen stolen
out of the Yard, and told the Prisoner they were
her Streets, and in the Prisoner's Room also
found a Petticoat which was stolen out of the
YardSays, that the Prisoner claimed he
Streets
as her own, said she had been was

them which was the Reason of their being wet
Says, that before she found the Petticoat in the
Prisoner's Room, she asked her where it was,
and the Prisoner said she knew nothing about
itInformant then searched for it and
found the Petticoat secreted under some Shavings
Prisoner said, she did not know how it came
there
And the said Informant Jane
Clark for herself saith, that she was present
with the above named Elizabeth Smith< no role >
in the
Prisoner's Roomthat she has heard the Contents
of said Smith's Information read, and says all the
Particulars thereof are true, and she knows no
more herself of said Robbery
