doth not knowThis Informant Benjamin Watson< no role > south
that about Eleven o'Clock at Night of the said Sixth of June being
upon Duty in Devonshire Square Bishop Gate Street he stopped
the Prisoner as a suspected Person and upon searching him found
the Sword now Produced concealed under his [..] which Prisoner
on being asked say'd was given him at the Old Bailey that
Informant thereupon took the Prisoner to Bishop Gate Watch
House [..] and delivered him with
said Sword into the Custody of the other Informant Walter Presser
as Constable of the Night. This Informant Walter Prosser< no role > for
himself saith that he was upon Duty at Bishop Gate Watch House
at the time the Prisoner was brought in by the above Informant
Benjamin Watson< no role > and that he this Informant askt the Prisoner
where he had the Sword so found upon him as aforesaid and that
he replies it was given him by a Stranger at New Gate that
Night and this Informant further saith that she Sword now
Produced is the same that was found upon the Prisoner and has been
in this Informants Custody over since [..]
it was delivered to him by the said other Informant Benjamin
Watson as< no role > aforesaid
