To the Right Worshipfull his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City of London At their
General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Fyfield in the County of Berks

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass order under
the hands and Seals of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the City of London (whereof one is of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Nineteenth Day of June last past Jane
Seymore
< no role > wife of John Seymore< no role > , gone from her, and their
two Children, to wit, Hannah< no role > Aged three Years and Sarah< no role >
Aged One Year were removed from the Parish of Saint
Sepulchres London to the said Parish of Fyfield in the
said County of Berks as the last Legal Place of their
Settlement By which Your Petitioners Conceive
themselves Aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against
the said Pass Order
