for the City of London
at the Guildhall
within the said City on Monday
the fifth day of July in the thirteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc.
Whereas the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Fyfield
in the County of Berks have exhibitted their Petition and Appeal to this
Court settingforth that by virtue of a Pass Order under the hands and Seals
of two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said City (whereof one is
of the Quorum) bearing date the nineteenth day of June last Past Jane

gone from her and their two Children to
wit Hannah< no role >
aged three Years and Sarah< no role >
aged one Year were removed from
the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London to the said Parish of Fyfield
in the
County of Berks
as the Peace of their last legal settlement And that the
Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said Pass Order humbly
appealed against the same Wherefore at the request of the said Petitioners
It is Ordered that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them and
that the hearing and determination thereof be and the same is hereby
adjourned unto the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said
City at the Guildhall
aforesaid on Monday the sixth day of September next
at eight of the Clock in the Morning and that due notice hereof be given
unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Sepulchre London
