Esquire Lord Mayor of the City of London
and the Worshipfull the Aldermen his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
same City at their General Sessions of the
Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and
Appeal of [..] Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Ann in Black Friars London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said City of London (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the twenty second Day of October
last Ann Morse< no role > Widow of Francis Morse< no role > deceased
whose Settlement is therein said could not be found was
removed from the Parish of Saint Bennett at Paul's
Wharf London to the said Parish of Saint Ann in Black
Friars as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves aggrieved by the Order of the
said two Justices humbly appeal
against the same And pray that the
Benefit of the said Appeal may be saved
unto them, and the Hearing and
Determination thereof may be adjourned
untill the next General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the
said City

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
