face into the Kennell of the Street: says she
saw Blood run from the left Breast of the
Woman ; that tshe was immediately taken up
but appeared to Dept. to be speechless: [..] that
she was presently taken into Daniels House
and carryed into her Lodging Room there being
the same Room from which she had been thrown
out of the window: that then the woman plainly
appeared to Dept. to be the wife of Daniels.

That Dept saw a wound [..] in the left
Hip of the deceased dressed by a person who she look to
be a Surgeon but a knows not his Name; that she
stayed there but a short time afterwards & then
left her as she thinks dying; says she saw
the deced about 7 of the Clock the next Morning
when she appeared to Dept. to be dying; and
Dept. believes she died & short time afterwards

and examined on his Oath saith that on Friday
Evening last between the Hours of 10 & 11 as Depts.
was going to Bed he [..] was called to by
the said Timothy Lane< no role > desiring Dept. to come downe
Stairs, for that he was wanting to bind a Patient
who had fell out of a Window two Stories of high:
that Dept. immediately went to the House of Thos.
Daniels
< no role > and saw said Daniels Wife who
appeared to him to be violently in bairised diverse parts
of her Body, & particularly about her Head & all
the length of her left side: that he immediatly
bled her, that she bled pretty free; that she was
quite senseless: that she had dislocated her left Wrist
and broke the left arm; that there appeared to be
three or four wounds, as if given by [..] blunt
Instrument one of which appeared to be a small one
about the lower part of the Belly near the left Hip & and the others near
that placed also a large wound as if cut by a sharp stone in
her fall: that he stayed with her near two Hours all
which time the was speech less & then left her says he went
