Who being on Oath says that he was present at several of
the examinations of the said Perrott before the Major past of
the Commissr. [..] named and authorized in & by a
Commission of Bankruptsey issued of the said
John Perrott< no role >
and heard the said John Perrott< no role >
declare
[..] on the day appointed for his last examination before the said Commissr.
that of the account then delivered in by him the said
John Perrott< no role >
contained a full and true disclosure and
discovery of all his Estate and Effects & this Informt.
further says that he was present this day in Newgate
between the hours of one and there & saw five
half Bank Notes now produced Taken out of a
[..] dirty Ragg concealed in a Trunk belonging to, and in
the Appartment of the said John Perrott< no role >
in Newgate
aforesaid by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals
of the Major past of the Commissrs. aforesaid, and this
Informt. further says that he believes that the sd. half
Bank Notes were wilfully concealed by sd. John Perrott< no role >
in Order to defraud the said Perrotts Creditors, [..]
