John Bret< no role > the Defendant now a Prisoner in his Majestys Goal of
Newgate a the above Charges Maketh Oath an Saith that Named Bring of
the Town of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster Gentleman [..] is a Material
Witness for this Deponent on the above Indictment and Without whose
Testimony he Cannot Safely Proceed to Tryall thereof is now and hath been
for upwards of Fourteen Days or thereabouts at the Town of Liverpool
aforesaid and Will not return to London untill the Lane End of April or the
beginning of May next at which Time this Deponent will be ready and
Willing to take his Tryall upon the said abovementioned Indictment
