the Prosecutor maketh Oath that he is advised and verily
believes that in order to prosecute the said Defendant it
will be necessary for this Deponent to produce before the
Grand Jury and before this Court upon the Tryall a great
deal of further Evidence than What he is already
provided with and that he is now making Inquiry after
such Evidence and hopes and verily believes he shall be
able to produce the same at the ensuing Sessions and
that he has not been able to procure the same this
Sessions and that he is advised and verily believes
that without such further Evidence it will not be safe
for him to proper an Indictment to the Grand Jury
against the said Defendant.
