now assembled at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey

The Humble Petition of Sarah
Miller
< no role > now a Prisoner in his Majesty's
Gaol of Newgate

Sheweth


That yor. Petitioner was by Mr. Fieldings
Warrt. Committed to Prison for the Murder
of one Martha Welch< no role > otherwise Pum< no role > being
an apprentice to her Husband Saml. Miller< no role >
who is also charged with the Said Murder and had the
Said apprentice from the Church wardens and
Overseers of Hammersmith Parish in the
County of Middlesex : Yor. Petitioner therefore

Most humbly Prays yor. Lordship
and the rest of this Honble. Court that yor. Petitioner may
be Tryed, Bailed, or discharg'd this
present Sessions for the same as yr.
Lordship and the rest of this Honble. Court
shall seem meet

And yr. Petitioner shall as in duly
bound pray Etc
