Maketh Oath and Saith That He this Deponent hath received Directions
from Several Virginia [..] Merchants of the City of London
to Prosecute the
above Defendants and Several others Persons for Divers Larcenies and
Misdemeanours committed on and about they Keys and Wharfs of the
City of London
But the said Prosecutors have not yet been able to apprehend
Several of the said Persons although Warrants have been issued against
the above Defendants at this Sessions But from the Enquire up which are
making this Deponent believes the said prosecutors will be able to
Prosecute the said Defendants at the next Sessions.
