The King Against Thomas Russell< no role > (on the Prosecution of
Jonathan Blunt< no role > ) for a Misdemeanor.

Jonathan Keate< no role > the Younger of Deptfeild in the County of Kent
Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith That he this Deponent Did on the
Eleventh Day of this Instant July Deliver to, and Leave with Mrs.
Saunders (the Wife of Mrs. Saunders attorney for the Prosecutor Jonathan
Blunt) at his Dwelling House in CrownCourt
Chancery Lane London , a True Copy of the Notice of Bail
Hereunto annexed who Promised this Deponent to Deliver the
same to the said Mrs.Saunders, and this Deponent further saith
That he this Day (being the Twelfth Instant) called upon the
said Mrs Saunders at his said & Dwelling House, who Acknowledged
to this Deponent the Receipt of the said Notice of Bail
and that he was Concerned as Attorney for the Prosecutor of the
above Misdemeanor.
