Whereas on the Eleventh Instant Joseph Turner< no role > of Hampstead Farmer
Run his Cart against my Coach whereby it was Broken down for which he
Stands Indicted an Whereas at the Intercession of Some Gentleman
I have Promised to pardon him (as for as in me lier) upon his paying
me three Pounds Fourteen Shillings which is the Amount of my
damage and his pleading Guilty to the Indictment and paying all
Costs and Charges Attending the same Which he has promised to do
Now I do hereby Acknowledge the receipt of the said Sum of Three
Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Accept the Same in full of my
damage on that Occasion Witness my hand this Twenty Eighth
day of April 1759
