of Bishopgate Street London Ironmonger

in Consideration of Five Shillings to me in hand
paid at or befoer the Signing & Sealing hereof
have Remised, Released, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these present
do Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto Francis Dawes< no role >
of Christophers Alley , Moore fields in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman his
& Mathew Daly< no role > of London Gentleman

theirHeirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies,
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said Francis Dawes< no role >
and Mathew Daly< no role > or either of them I ever had

or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
