To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
London andthe Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St Clement Danes in the County of Middx

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof (Quorum unus) by You the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate London That Sarah
Rosengrave Widow

lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and islikely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said Sarah Rosengrave< no role > that abt. twenty two Years agoe her
husband William Rosengrave< no role > lived as hired Yearly Servant wth
he Justice Eaton in Essex Street in the parish of St Clement Danes
in the County of Middx
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said Sarah Rosengrave< no role >

to be in the said Parish of St Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex And that thitherto the ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Mill and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said Sarah
Rosengrave
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of St
Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
And herdeliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for her according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this 25thday of October
Anno Domini 1732
