Justices of the once for the City of London (one whereof being of the Quorum)

Humphreys< no role > and her three Children (To witt) Frances< no role > aged 4 Yeares Edwd< no role >
Aged three Yeares & Elizth< no role > aged abtfive Months were removed from the
Parish of Alhallows on the Wall London to the sd. Parish of St. Clemt
Danes as the Place of their last legall Settlemt. whereby your Petrs
Conceive themselves to be agreived and agt. the sd. Order doe Appeale

Your Petrstherefore humbly pray that a Short day may be
appointed this present to hear & determine the matters
touching the sd. Appeale
