This humble Petition & Appeale of the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in
the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under ye hands and Seales
of two of his Majestys Justices of ye Peace for the Citty of London
and ye Libertys thereof (Quor Unus) bearing Date ye 25th Day
of October last Sarah Rosengrave< no role > Widw . was removed from ye
Parish of St. Giles Without Cripplegate London to ye Sd. Parish
of St. Clement Danes as the Place of her last legall Settlement
whereby your Petrs. conceive themselves to ge Agreived

Your Petrs. therefore humbly Pray your
Worshipps wd. be pleased to appoint some day
this Present Sessions to hear & determine the
matter touching this Appeale.
