was Present and did See Richard Oldfield< no role > , Mary Oldfield< no role > , Anne Modyford< no role > ,
William Bowles< no role > , and Charles Bowles< no role > , by the Names and Additions of Richard
Oldfields
< no role > of New Windsor in the County of Berks in the Kingdom of Great Britain
Esquire , Eldest Son and Heir of Francis Oldfield< no role > late of the City of London in
the Kingdom aforesaid Esquire deceased, Mary Oldfield< no role > Mother of the said Richard
Oldfield, and Widow of the said Francis Oldfield< no role > deceased Ann Modyford< no role > of the said City of
London Spinster , and William Bowles< no role > of Clewer in the said County of Berks in the
Kingdom aforesaid Esquire and Charles Bowles< no role > of the same Place Esquire, Only
Son and Heir of the Said William Bowles< no role > , by Elizabeth< no role > his Wife deceased, which
said Mary Oldfield< no role > , Ann Modyford< no role > , and Elizabeth Bowles< no role > deceased, were Aunts
and Coheirs of Mary Modyford< no role > Spinster deceased sole Daughter and Heiress of Sr.
Thomas Modyford< no role > late of the Island of Jamaica in America Barronet deceased, seal
and as their Acts and Deeds deliver to the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned and
contained, the Two Parchnet Indentures now Exhibited unto him this Deponent Whole
undefaced and uncancelled bearring date the Ninth and Tenth days of this Instant
January, purporting and being Deeds of Leese and Release or Bargain and Sale
made or mentioned to be made, Between the said Richard [..] ld, Mary Oldfield< no role >
Anne Modyford< no role > , William Bowle< no role > and [..] les Bowles of the One Sort, and Captain
George Bennett< no role > of the Parish of St. John in the Island of Jamaica aforesaid Planter
of the Other Part, and that he this Deponent as a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery
thereof did on Each of them Write and Endorse his Name as thereby it doth and may
Appear; And this Deponent further Saith, That he was also Present and did see the said
Richard Old field, Mary Oldfield< no role > , Anne Modyford< no role > , William Bowles< no role > and Charles Bowles< no role >
Sign the Receipt on the back of the Said Deed of Release for the Sum of Two hundred
and Eighty five Pounds, being the Consideration Money therein mentioned, and that
he this Deponent as a Witness to the Signing of the Said Receipt, did thereunto Subscribe
his Name, as thereby it Likewise doth and may Appear. And this Deponent further
Saith, That the Four Other Parelimt. Indentures now Exhibited unto him, purporting and
being Deeds of Lease and RElease, of the Same Tenor and Date with those abovemencon
were Sealed and Delivered by the Parties abovenamed, and the Receipts on the Back of
the Deeds of Releaf by them Signed in the Presence of him this Depont. and that as a
Witness thereto he did Write and Endorse his Name [..] Each of the Said Deeds, and also
subscribe his Name to the Said Receipts [..] d may Appear.
