The Humble Petition and
Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate
London.

Sheweth

That By Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the City of London (one being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the twentieth Day of September last past John Nipp< no role >
was removed from the parish of St. Bridget otherwise St
Brides London to the Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate London as the place of his last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the Warrant and Judgment
of the said two Justices humbly Appeal
to this Honble Court for Relief in the
Premisses,

And Your Petitioners shall Ever pray Etc
