Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seales of two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London one of them appointed
by Act of Parliamtbearing date the 13th day of July last Thomas Fay< no role >
and Anne< no role > his wife were
removed from the Parish of St Gregory by St. Paul in the City of
London to the sd. Parish of St. Clement Danes as the Place of their
last Legall Settlemt. [..] whereby Your Petrs conceive
themselves to be Agreived and against the sd. Order doe appeale

Your Petrs. therefore humbly pray your Worshipps
would be pleased to appoint some day this
present Sessions to hear & determine the
mater touching the sd. Appeale
