Sessions at Guildhall Assembled

The Humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of All Hallows Staining in the said City of London

Sheweth

That by virtue of a pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of the right
Honourable Sir William Billers< no role > Knight the present Lord Mayor of this City and
Sir Francis Child< no role > Knight two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said City
of London and the Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
fourteenth day of November last Mary Stacey< no role > wife of John Stacey< no role > was
Removed from the parish of Saint Andrews Holborne in the said City of London
to the said Parish of All Hallows Staining as the Place of her last legall Settlement
where by your Petitioners Conceive themselves to Bellgreived.

Therefore they humbly Appeal to your Worships
against the Judgment of he said two Justices and
pray your Worships will be pleased to Appoint
Some day this present Sessions to hear and determine
the Matter touching the said Appeal.
