Sheweth

That Elizabeth Peete< no role > Wife of William Peete< no role > & their
two Children ( that is to say) Mary< no role > aged abt. two years &
Rebecca< no role > aged four Months & upwards were by Order or Pass
Warrt. dated the 25th. day of August last under the Hands
& Seals of you the sd. John Barber< no role > Esqr . & 2st Richd. Broras< no role > Knt . two of
his Majestys Justices of the sd. City & the Libertys thereof
(one being of the Quorum) removed & conveyed from the
Parish of st. Andrew by the Wardrobe London unto the sd.
Parish of St. Mary Somerset London

That yr. Petrs. humbly conceiving themselves
aggrieved thereby Appeal to this honble Court
for such Releife in the premisses as this Court
shall think proper,
