Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Pace for this City and the
Liberties thereof (Quaorum unus) by you the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of alhallows
Bread Street London That John
Woodworth and Sarah< no role > his wife and their two Children
vizt John< no role > Aged One year and Mary< no role > aged tenn years are
lately come to reside in your said parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and are likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true an for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said john Woodworth< no role > that about nineteen years he was
a yearly hyred Servant to and lived with John Lawson< no role >
for the space of two years in the parish of alhallows
Lombard street at five pounds P Ann Wages
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said John Woodworth< no role > and Sarah his
Wife and John & Mary their two Children
to be in the said parish of alhallows Lombard street
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Alhallows of Bread street
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said John
Woodworth Sarah his wife and John an Mary their Children
from and out of your said Parish unto the said parish of
alhallows Lombard street London
And themdeliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or out of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this nineteenth day of Febry
Anno Domini 1731
