Whereas Complaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace of this City, and the Liberties thereof (Quorum
unus) by You the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Olives Hart Street
London, That Christian Sappa Lunitick
hath lately Intruded herself Into
your said Parish not having obtained any legal Settlement
there, and as likely to become Chargeable there,
by Reason of her Infirmity & Great poverty
unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath of

agoe live with Mrs Rowbottom a Widdow
in the parish
of St. Mary Wooollnorth
in ye City of London
as a yearly hered
Servant
by the Space of one year at the yearly wages of
five pounds and have
not obtain any subsequent Settlement. We the said
Justices are therefore of Opinion, a do adjudge the
last legal Settlement of the said Christian Sapp
to be
in the said Parish of St. Mary Woollnorth in the
City of London
and that thitherto
She ought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove and convey the said Christian Sapp
from and out of your said Parish of St Olives Hart Street
London, to the said Parish of
St. Mary Woollnorth
London
and Her leave with
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
one of them, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for Her according to Law. Hereof fail
not, and this shall be your Warrant. Given under our
Hands and Seals the 15th Day of August Anno
