Justices of ye Peace for the said City & Libertys thereof
in their Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace assembled

The Humbly Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St. Mary Le Bow in Cheapside
in London

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals of
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the sd. City &
Libertys (Quor Unus) bearing Date the 15th. day of December
last past Hannah Harvey< no role > Widow was lately removed
from the Parish of St. Mary Maydelon in Old Fish street
in London as the Parish of St. Mary Le Bow in Cheapside
in London as the place of her last legall Settlement

Yor. Petitioners thinking themselves
Aggrived by the Judgment & Warrant
of the said two Justices Appeal to yor.
Lordship & Worps against the sd. Order
and humbly desire this Court will make
such Order therein as to yor. Lordship &
Worps shall Seem meet

And yor. Petitioners as in duty
bounds shall over pray Etc
