The humble Peticon & Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Alhallows Lombard
Street in the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands & Seales of yor. Lordship & Sr. Richard Brocas< no role > Knt.
& Alderman Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said City & Liberties thereof (Quax unus) bearing
Date the Nineteenth Day of February last past John
Woodworth< no role > & Sarah< no role > his Wife & their two Children vizt. John< no role >
aged one year & Mary< no role > aged ten years, were removed from
the Parish of Alhallows Breadstreet London unto the
Said Parish of Alhallows Lombard Street London, alledging
the said Parish of Alhallows Lombard Street to be the
Place of their last legall Settlement.

That yor. Peticonrs. conceiving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or order Do appeale to your
Lordship & Worps therefrom, & humbly pray
that your Lordship will be pleased to hear them in
the premisses, & order that the Churchwardens &
Overfeers of the Poor of the said Parish of Alhallows
Breadstreet London may appear before you to
hear & abide the Judgment & Determinacon of
your Lordship & Worps touching this Appeal.
