of the Parish of St. Mary Aldermary
London , and the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Olave Silverdict
London respectively.

Whereas Complaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this City, and the Liberties thereof (Quorum
unus) by You the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Aldermary
London , That and Sarah Street< no role > Singlewoman is lately
come into

your said Parish not having obtained any
legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto by reason of her poverly and incapacity of natures
being foolish unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath of Mary Street< no role > Widow her
Sister in Law that she was an Apprentice to & lived with Elizabeth
Street
< no role > Widow her Mother till about three quarters of a year agoe
in the parish of St Olave Silverstreet London and hath

not obtain d: any subsequent Settlement. We the said Ju-
stices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the last
legal Settlement of the said Sarah Street
to be in the said
Parish of St. Olave Silverdict. London and
that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove and convey the said Sarah Street< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of St. Mary Aldermary
London , to the said Parish of St Olave Silver [..]
London and her leave with the Churchwardens
Overseers of the Poor there, or one of them, who is and
are hereby required to receive and provide for her
according to Law. Hereof sail not, and this shall be your
Warrant. Given under our Hands and Seals the thirteenth
Day of June Anno Domini 1722 .
