The Humble Peticon and Appeale
of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St Olave
Silver Street London .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under ye.
Hands & Seales of Two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said City of London and the Liberties
thereof (Quor unus) bearing Date the Thirteenth
Day of third last past Sarah Street< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St Mary Aldermary
London unto the Said Parish of St. Olave Silverstreet
London alledging the said Parish of St. Olave Silver
Street to be the Place of her last legall Settlement.

That part Petitionrs. Conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Order or Warrant of
the said Two Justices Do humbly appeale
to yor Lordship and Worps therefrom, And
pray that Yor. Lords & Worps will be pleased
to hear them concerning the Premisses and
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of ye.
Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Aldermary
aforesaid may appear before you and
hear and abide the Judgment and
Determinacon of yor Lords & Worps
touching this Appeale.
